I wanted to comment and congratulate the team that provided my move to my new residence. Not only were your people on time, extremely , but most polite and respectful of my property.
I without hesitation will use your firm again & will certainly recommend your firm to ALL my expat friends who will be moving either abroad or within Canada.
From the get go … your team has been most accommodating and professional and even communicative while my items were in storage for 14 months – right up to the actual delivery.
Truly a pleasure to deal with your firm and I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with your office team but also your delivery team .. BRAVO!!

They just left! Everything went very well. All the items are here and everything seems to be in good condition. I haven’t opened all the boxes of books, but I expect it’ll be fine. I’ll be in touch if anything went wrong. It’ll take me a long time to unpack all these books, though…

I was thinking of you the other day and even before my shipment finally reached the door. It was right on schedule, but due to the Eid holiday, was caught up in Chittagong. The shipment arrived on Thursday in tact. All of it. No damage-nothing! Once again, all over the world, Taylor is the only way to go. All 21 boxes as good as when they left!
I had even forgotten what I had packed. It was/is good to have familiar things around you, no matter how long you are somewhere. It’s interesting to note where things have come from and where they are now! If you had told me that I would be doing this at this point last year, I would have told you that you were NUTS!!!!
Thank you for all your help and guidance and please pass along my kind regards to the staff and Arthur. The chap who packed me was a master!

I have not yet had the chance to unpack every single carton, but from the first impression, everything seems to be in very good condition.
No damages to any furniture and no broken items were realized so far.
Accordingly, I want to thank you, your crews at origin and destination and all related parties for the smooth handling of this shipment.

Hi Elaine:
I am so sorry to have taken so long to get back to you but I have only this morning finally got British Telecom to install my telephone line, internet and Television in our new home a month after we requested it.
The internet seems to be working but the TV not so. We have spent hours on the phone this morning but the service is dreadful, even worse than Bell and that is saying something!!!
I just wanted to say a big Thank you to you, Greg who did our estimate, the lady at reception (hope her African Violet Plants are thriving) and the whole company for their professional in handling our move from Smithville, Canada to Largs in Scotland.
You kept us updated at all times on how our move was going, the presentation that Greg gave us when he came to our house to do the quote was very professional in every way and was a vast difference from the other two companies we also got quotes from.
When we met you to discuss the remainder of our move you were so helpful in answering our questions and everything just moved along so easily.
We got the keys to our new home in Scotland on the 17th July and our belongings were all delivered from the company you use in England on the 18th July so the timing was perfect and allowed us to stay right away in our own home from the 18th July.
Everything was in perfect condition even the 45 boxes we packed ourself and absolutely NO DAMAGE whatsoever which was amazing.
I have sent a similar letter to Brandon in England thanking him also from their end for their care and perfectly timed delivery to us of our belongings as I want you to be assured that the company you use in England was also excellent in their service.
Thank you so much again Elaine and I would appreciate it if you could pass our heartfelt thanks to the other people involved in our move within your company. I will certainly pass your company’s name to anyone I know of who is looking to move in Canada or Internationally and assure them they will be in good hands using your company.
